MJF provided formwork carpentry for a four story, two tower project by RealCo under CIP Construction with CPM Management at the helm.

AVA 49th

For ThinkHome’s Ava project, a four-story residential building, MJF was engaged by CIP Construction to handle both structural and architectural formwork carpentry.

Park George

At Concord’s Park George development, MJF worked under gForm Enterprises, assisting in the concrete forming process across two towers each reaching 30 stories tall.

At Onni’s Gilmore Place development, MJF worked under gForm Enterprises, assisting in the concrete forming process on Tower 1 that reaches over 40 stories tall.

BOSA WATERFRONT

MJF played a role in shaping Bosa Tower, a 29-story project in downtown Vancouver, by supplying both structural and architectural formwork carpentry under gForm Enterprises.

Cascade City

For Landa’s Cascade City, MJF worked under gForm Enterprises, providing formwork carpentry across two towers, each rising 15 floors.

In 2019, MJF contributed its skilled carpentry services to the W2 development, a 15-story high-rise by Urban One.

Lumina Starling

Since 2018, MJF has been a trusted partner in high-rise concrete forming carpentry. We made our debut providing expert carpentry services to gForm Enterprises on THIND Properties's Lumina Starling development. Our team played a crucial role throughout the entire concrete scope of the project, from the parkade foundation to the rooftop, successfully delivering precision formwork across all 28 floors.
